Analyze

Every child is different. So one of the first steps that we take is to perform a through evaluation of where the child is with respect to Reading and Writting, Grammar, Math, Social Studies, Science, Emotional, Sensorial, and Behavioral areas.

Integrate

Upon designing a plan appropriate for the child, all the areas are integrated into an academic curriculum.

Develop

The curriculum is implemented and instruction begins and the child begins to develop new abilities. On a regular basis, the progress is measured and documented. The curriculum is then revised based on the newly acquired abilities.

Our program is designed as a substitute to a traditional school program for children with Autism. It is designed to satisfy the needs of each child as an individual in accordance and beyond the stipulations of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Proven Teaching Methods

We understand that autistic chidren have special learning needs. To achieve a comprehensive level of learning, we utilize teaching methods that have been proven to work with children with Autism.

Individual Instruction

Autistic children differ from case to case and may have different levels of autism. Our School Program tailors the educational needs of each child as an individual, adapting sensorial and emotional factors to the learning material.

Group Based Instruction

Studies have shown that autistic children do experience feelings of loneliness. To address this need, students also receive instruction in a traditional setting, meeting the basic desire for wanting to be involved with others.

Behavioral Intervention

The student is engaged from day 1. Problem behaviors, such as physical aggression, self injury, and tantrums among others, are major barriers to effective education and development. These issues are addressed utilizing evidence based methods that yield positive results.
